content management and site maintenance

We offer a number of maintenance packages to suit client's needs. At their simplest these are:

• Irregular periodic updates charged at an hourly rate on an as-and-when basis.
• Regular updates undertaken for a monthly fixed fee.

The key difference between the two is that with the regular updates we will be proactive in seeking fresh content either directly from the client, from the outside world, or a mixture of both. With irregular updates, we will respond as requested and the client will supply most of the raw content.

training

We have a 100% track record in being able to train client personnel in the maintenance of the websites that we have designed for them. We generally reckon that half-a-day's training is all that is required for clients to be able to independently look after routine updates and on-going growth.
